A Computer Operator is responsible for monitoring and controlling computer systems, ensuring that hardware, software, and network operations run smoothly and efficiently. They support daily IT operations by managing system performance, processing data, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining records.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor computer systems, servers, and network operations.
• Operate and control computer equipment and peripheral devices.
• Perform routine system checks and maintenance tasks.
• Process data and manage backups to prevent data loss.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-related issues.
• Maintain logs of system activities, errors, and maintenance work.
• Install and update software applications as required.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security procedures.
• Coordinate with IT support teams to resolve technical problems.
• Generate reports on system performance and operational status.

Required Skills
