Full job description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our US-based business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, improving processes, leading teams, and ensuring operational excellence while aligning with organizational goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• 4-5 years of experience in Operations Management, preferably with US-based companies
• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
• Proven experience in process improvement and operational efficiency
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow execution
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
• Monitor KPIs and operational performance metrics
• Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams
• Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
• Prepare operational reports and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
• Manage resource planning, budgeting, and performance tracking

Pay: Rs230,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
