Operations Executive – Karachi.

About Us

Global Ship Services is a multinational ship services company headquartered in the USA. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our Karachi office and support our growing operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and international partners via email and phone.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, quotations, and orders using the company's ERP system.
• Coordinate with local and international agents for order confirmations and delivery follow-ups.
• Assist the operations team with day-to-day administrative and logistics activities.
• Ensure timely communication and coordination across internal departments.
• Monitor ongoing orders and provide regular status updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Support process improvements to ensure efficient operational workflow.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Required)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Administration or a related field (Required)
• Strong English communication skills (Written & Spoken) – Compulsory
• Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Hands-on experience with ERP software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
• Willing to work night shifts

Work Schedule

• Shift: 07:00 PM – 04:00 AM
• Job Type: Full-time
• Work Location: Karachi Karachi Shahra-E-Faisal
