Role Description

VLEKTRA is looking for a Creative Content & Influencer Relations Executive who understands social media trends, motorcycles, creators, and digital storytelling.

This role involves brainstorming content ideas, writing hooks and captions, assisting on shoots, coordinating with riders and creators, and helping bring VLEKTRA’s social media campaigns to life.

The person will also identify and connect with relevant influencers, riders, vloggers, lifestyle pages, and motorcycle communities for collaborations, showroom visits, test rides, and creator-led campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Track social media trends, especially reels, short-form videos, motorcycle content, EV content, and influencer-led campaigns.
• Brainstorm ideas for reels, posts, product content, customer stories, campaigns, and collaborations.
• Write hooks, captions, short scripts, and content angles.
• Assist in planning and coordinating shoots for motorcycles, riders, showrooms, launches, and events.
• Coordinate with influencers, creators, riders, showroom teams, designers, editors, and the marketing team.
• Identify and reach out to relevant influencers, content creators, riders, vloggers, and online communities.
• Support content that feels fresh, engaging, and aligned with VLEKTRA’s brand style.

Requirements

• Strong interest in social media, motorcycles, EVs, automobiles, and influencer marketing.
• Good understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and short-form video trends.
• Creative thinking and basic writing skills for captions, hooks, scripts, and content ideas.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Comfortable going on shoots and working with riders, creators, influencers, and internal teams.
• Basic design, video editing, or shooting skills will be a plus.
• Preference will be given to candidates who ride motorcycles or have strong knowledge of motorcycles, rider culture, and road content.

The ideal candidate is creative, energetic, organized, and understands what makes people stop scrolling. They should be interested in motorcycles, EV culture, social media trends, and creator-led content.
