We are currently hiring a Senior Video Editor who can produce world-class long-form and short-form content that matches the quality standards of top YouTube creators.

What You'll Do

• Edit high-retention YouTube videos and short-form content.

• Recreate premium editing styles with precision.

• Build engaging hooks, pacing, storytelling, motion graphics, sound design, and visual flow.

• Collaborate with content strategists and project managers.

• Maintain consistent quality across multiple projects.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced editing skills.

• Experience editing YouTube content.

• Understanding of retention-based editing.

• Strong storytelling instincts.

• Ability to replicate reference styles accurately.

• Excellent communication and professionalism.
