Speakeasy Marketing is a U.S.-based legal marketing company serving law firms nationwide. We help attorneys grow their practices through marketing, video content, client support, and other services designed specifically for law firms.

Speakeasy Marketing is looking for a full-time YouTube Marketing Expert to join our video marketing team. This person should be able to work well with our current team, follow established processes, and bring ideas that help improve our YouTube marketing efforts across client and company channels.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling both the creative and technical sides of YouTube marketing, from creating videos to posting, optimizing, and improving channel performance.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating YouTube videos for legal marketing clients and internal company channels
• Editing and preparing videos for publication
• Posting videos to YouTube channels
• Writing optimized titles, descriptions, tags, and basic channel copy
• Creating or coordinating thumbnails
• Optimizing existing YouTube channels and videos for better visibility
• Researching keywords, competitors, and video topics
• Organizing video content and keeping channels updated
• Tracking performance and making recommendations for improvement
• Working with the current video team to make sure videos are created, posted, and optimized accurately and on schedule

Ideal candidate:

• Has experience with YouTube marketing and channel optimization
• Understands YouTube SEO, keywords, titles, descriptions, tags, playlists, and thumbnails
• Can create clean, professional videos
• Is organized and able to manage multiple client channels
• Has strong attention to detail
• Can work independently and meet deadlines
• Is comfortable working with legal, professional, and business-related content
• Works well with an existing team and can follow established processes
• Can also suggest improvements when they see opportunities to make things better
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Filmora, YouTube Studio, or similar tools is a plus.

Schedule:

Full-time position

100% Remote

5:00 pm to 2:00 am PKT

Pay:

Starting pay: $700/month

After 90 days: $750/month

After 180 days: $800/month

This does not need to be long. We are looking for your understanding of YouTube strategy, optimization, and how to present a video in a way that gets attention.
