Adroitsols Technology Pvt Ltd is looking for a Customer Service Representative / Tele Sales Representative with at least one year of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills and experience specifically in packaging campaigns. This role emphasizes effective interaction with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions with professionalism and clarity. The position requires the ability to handle queries, resolve issues efficiently, and contribute to the overall customer satisfaction and business growth. This role does not involve managing a team but focuses on individual contribution within a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
 

• Engage with customers over the phone and through written communication to provide information about packaging products and services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate packaging solutions that meet their needs.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide timely follow-up to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to address customer concerns and improve service delivery.
• Support marketing campaigns for packaging products by effectively communicating key messages and promotions to potential and existing customers.
• Achieve individual targets related to customer satisfaction and sales conversion rates.
• Continuously update knowledge on product offerings and industry trends impacting packaging solutions.
• Provide feedback to management based on customer interactions to help improve products and services.
• Demonstrate professionalism, patience, and empathy during customer interactions to uphold the companys reputation.
