Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Karachi. The successful candidate will lead efforts to drive direct sales of our cutting-edge vehicle tracking systems, container tracking solutions, and CCTV security products. This role requires frequent field visits, direct client engagement, and persuasive product presentations. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base in the region by identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing sales effectively. Additionally, you will manage a small team to ensure cohesive sales activities and achieve shared goals. This position demands a self-motivated and target-oriented professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experience in field sales along with a basic understanding of security or technology products will be advantageous. The role involves working in a field-based environment, requiring the flexibility to interact directly with customers and adapt to varying situations. Responsibilities
 

  • Conduct regular field visits to identify, approach, and engage potential customers in the assigned territory.
  • Present and demonstrate the features, benefits, and applications of vehicle tracking systems, container tracking solutions, and CCTV security products to prospective clients.
  • Generate new business opportunities through strategic cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing contacts.
  • Build, manage, and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively closing deals and managing the sales pipeline.
  • Prepare, maintain, and submit detailed daily and weekly sales activity reports to track progress and inform management decisions.
  • Manage and support a small team of sales personnel, provide guidance, share best practices, and coordinate team efforts to accomplish sales objectives.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously improve sales strategies and product positioning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales tactics with company goals and optimize customer satisfaction.
