Sales Representative – Full time (Night Shift)

Work from Anywhere in Pakistan | Full-time

Base Salary: PKR 50,000 + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonus

Kingdom Trip is looking for confident and target-driven Sales Representatives to close high-value visa services for U.S.-based clients. If you’re great on the phone and want to turn your communication skills into serious income, this is your opportunity.

This is not appointment setting or blind cold-calling. You’ll be calling interested leads and directly closing sales.

What You’ll Do:

Make outbound calls to U.S.-based leads

Sell Saudi visa services

Convert leads into paying clients

Track sales activity and update CRM

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Compensation & Benefits

Fixed Salary: PKR 50,000/month

Uncapped Commission: Earn on every sale (no sales cap)

Performance Bonus: Earn additional rewards for consistently hitting targets (based on company policy)

Top Performers: Often earn over PKR 100,000/month

Who We're Looking For

Strong spoken English (U.S. accent is a plus)

Proven sales or call center experience preferred

Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented

Comfortable working evening shifts (US time zone)

Able to follow scripts and handle objections effectively
