Strategic Selling: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase container leasing volumes.
Drive Revenue: Developing plans to ensure revenue growth, including identifying target customers locally and regionally. Achieve quarterly and monthly revenue targets.
Market Intelligence: Identify and approach shipping lines, NVOCCs, logistics companies, and freight forwarders. Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and fluctuating supply/demand to position our services effectively by maintaining a high level of product and buyer knowledge.
Customer Engagement: Visiting prospective customers to promote sales and lease activities, prospecting for new business and maintaining existing relationships to ensure repeat business. Handling customer business issues and serving as a point of contact. Conduct field inspections with buyers to promote container leasing sales.
Pricing: Providing pricing recommendations to Sr. Management as current industry norms, then acquire approvals for new sales and leases.
Inventory: Maintaining inventory lists and presenting sales proposals and reports to Sr. Management.
