Customer Service Officer– Retail Outlet

We are seeking a customer-oriented Customer Service Officer - Retail to join our team at the Tariq Road retail outlet. This role focuses on managing direct customer interactions, including assisting walk-in customers, processing orders, addressing inquiries, maintaining accurate customer records, responding to WhatsApp messages, and coordinating deliveries. The ideal candidate will ensure a positive and professional customer experience while efficiently handling all service-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the retail outlet with a friendly and helpful approach.
- Understand customer needs and provide relevant information and support.
- Professionally handle and resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and information with confidentiality.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received via WhatsApp.
- Follow up with customers to address any pending concerns or questions.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries within the required response time.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to manage order deliveries and follow-ups.
- Uphold a positive and professional atmosphere at the retail outlet.
- Perform additional customer service duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

- 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, retail, order management, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage walk-in customers, process orders, and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Experience in handling customer communication through WhatsApp or similar platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to maintain professionalism in all customer interactions.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Previous experience working with apparel, fashion, clothing, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with coordinating deliveries and managing customer follow-ups is an advantage.
- The position offers a monthly salary of Rs 45,000.
- Working hours are Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
- This is an in-person role based at the Tariq Road retail outlet.
