Customer Support Executive (Inbound Campaign)

We are urgently looking to hire a fluent English-speaking candidate for an inbound sales and customer support role. If you are driven, have excellent communication skills, and prior call center experience, we want to hear from you!

Key Requirements:

• Fluency in English: Must be able to communicate confidently with US customers without relying on scripts.
• Experience: At least 1-2 years of call center experience in any reputable call center, BPO, or software house.
• Campaign Experience: Prior experience with US telecom campaigns (e.g., AT&T, Spectrum, Frontier, DirecTV) will be preferred.
• Availability: Must be willing to work the night shift (8 PM to 5 AM)
