Customer Services Officer

Al Meezan Investment Management Limited is seeking applications from a self-motivated, dynamic, committed, and passionate individual for the Customer Services Officer position. The candidate should possess strong customer service and relationship management skills that can support day-to-day operations.

Job Specification:

Qualification: Minimum Bachelors degree in any discipline

Experience: 1 upto 2 years in a relevant role (Financial Services / Mutual Funds preferred)

Certifications: Preferably IFMP Certified
Location: Karachi

Responsibilities
 

• Responsible to handle all requests received on email
• Ensure that no customer query, request or complaint is left unattended or un- responded
• Attend CRM Tickets on daily basis including resolution of relevant cases
• Collection, recording and forwarding for updates of CNIC copies, maturity extension, MTPF retirement, zakat...
• Follow up on missing document cases with respective stake holders
• Ensure statements and other requests received at statement portal are being entertained
• Responsible to handle transfer & deceased cases
• Promote paperless transactions by using the technology i.e., Al Meezan Investment App, Meezan Funds Online
• Communicate customers as well as distributors regarding their complaints and queries resolution
• Work on different assigned projects (as and when required)
• Prepare daily / weekly reports Carry out installation of new hardware and software.
• Any Special task assigned by Line Manager/Head of the department
