Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Karachi Tutor Academy, one of Karachi's leading home and online tutoring providers, is hiring a confident and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. DHA Tutor Academy, a branch of Karachi Tutor Academy, also operates under the same organization to provide quality tutoring services across DHA and other areas of Karachi.

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills who can professionally handle customer inquiries, assist parents and students, and contribute to our growing educational services.

Job Location

RJ Mall, Rashid Minhas Road, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Guide parents and students regarding home tutoring and online tutoring services offered by Karachi Tutor Academy and DHA Tutor Academy.
• Coordinate with tutors and schedule trial/demo classes.
• Follow up with new leads and existing customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software and Google Sheets.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and provide timely solutions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth tutor placement.
• Keep records of daily calls, inquiries, and customer feedback.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
• Build positive relationships with customers through excellent service.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive attitude at all times.

Requirements

• Intermediate or Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Call Center, Customer Service, Customer Care, Telemarketing, Telesales, BPO, or Customer Support is preferred.
• Fresh candidates with exceptional communication skills may also apply.
• Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and active listening skills.
• Professional telephone etiquette and customer handling experience.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, Gmail, and CRM software.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Punctual, responsible, and committed to achieving targets.

• Salary: PKR 35,000 – 40,000 per month (depending on experience)
