Timings: 11:00 AM to 2:00 AM (Rotational Shifts)

Age Limit: Up to 25 YearsKey Responsibilities:

✅ Receive and handle customer calls professionally
✅ Take dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders accurately
✅ Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively
✅ Coordinate with restaurant branches and delivery teams for smooth order processing
✅ Maintain call logs and customer records
✅ Ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction

Requirements:

✔ Excellent communication skills in Urdu and basic English
✔ Prior experience in a call center or customer service role preferred

✔ Ability to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends
✔ Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
✔ Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
