Customer Support Executive

Techsol IT is looking for motivated International Sales Executives to join our growing team. In this role, you will engage with clients from around the world, manage sales communications, and help expand our global customer base. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a good grasp of sales processes, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with international clients via live chat and phone calls to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively, ensuring satisfaction for both the client and the company.
- Prepare and present pricing structures, promotional offers, and customized deals tailored to client requirements.

Required Qualifications:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in international sales or customer support roles.
- Solid understanding of sales processes and client relationship management.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent typing speed and the ability to multitask efficiently.

The position is based in Shahre Faisal with shifts available from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM and 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday through Saturday. The role includes working on the road, providing flexibility and exposure to diverse client interactions. The monthly salary ranges from Rs 55,000 to Rs 75,000, depending on experience and performance.
