  • Handling customer enquiries across WhatsApp, phone calls, and other communication channels with professionalism and empathy.
  • Keeping customers informed about their orders and proactively communicating any updates, delays, or issues.
  • Resolving complaints efficiently and ensuring customers are genuinely satisfied before closing a case.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records, including order history, preferences, feedback, and service-related notes.
  • Identifying recurring customer concerns and sharing insights with management to drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinating closely with operations and delivery teams to resolve customer issues in real time.
  • Re-engaging inactive customers through personalized follow-ups and relationship building.
  • Collecting customer reviews and feedback to help enhance our services and strengthen customer trust.

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
