1️⃣ Customer Support Representatives (2 Positions)

📍 Location: Pakistan Office

🕘 Timing: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM

🎓 Fresh graduates and university students are highly encouraged to apply!

Job Description:

• Handle incoming queries from travel agents and partners via email, chat, and phone.
• Assist agents with bookings, cancellations, and general support.
• Provide clear and professional communication to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up where necessary.
• Collaborate with the operations team to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills (English proficiency preferred).
• Good problem-solving and multitasking ability.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Tech-savvy with basic computer knowledge.
• Freshers or students looking for professional exposure are welcome.

2️⃣ Hotel Booking Associate(1 Position)

📍 Location: Pakistan Office

🕐 Timing: 11:00 AM – 07:30 PM

🎓 Experience: 1 year+ preferred (Freshers can also apply)

Job Description:

• Manage hotel booking requests from travel agents and partners.
• Coordinate with suppliers to confirm availability and pricing.
• Process reservations, amendments, and cancellations.
• Ensure smooth booking flow and provide support in case of issues.
• Work closely with customer support and accounts team for end-to-end handling.

Requirements:

• Experience in hotel reservations or travel industry preferred (1+ year).
• Freshers with a passion for travel industry are encouraged to apply.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
• Travel background or enthusiast
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
