π Location: Pakistan Office
π Timing: 9:00 PM β 6:00 AM

Job Description:
- Handle incoming queries from travel agents and partners via email, chat, and phone.
- Assist agents with bookings, cancellations, and general support.
- Provide clear and professional communication to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up where necessary.
- Collaborate with the operations team to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (English proficiency preferred).
- Good problem-solving and multitasking ability.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Tech-savvy with basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers or students looking for professional exposure are welcome.

π Location: Pakistan Office
π Timing: 11:00 AM β 07:30 PM
π Experience: 1 year+ preferred (Freshers can also apply)
Job Description:
- Manage hotel booking requests from travel agents and partners.
- Coordinate with suppliers to confirm availability and pricing.
- Process reservations, amendments, and cancellations.
- Ensure smooth booking flow and provide support in case of issues.
- Work closely with customer support and accounts team for end-to-end handling.
Requirements:
- Experience in hotel reservations or travel industry preferred (1+ year).
- Freshers with a passion for travel industry are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
- Travel background or enthusiast
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
