Customer Support Representative

ABS International is a US Principal company established in 2009. We own our brands, our campaigns, and our operations we are not a third-party campaign BPO. Over 16 years, we have maintained a zero missed payroll record and continue to grow our Karachi-based team of customer support professionals.

We are now hiring Customer Support Representatives for our US-facing evening shift team. This is a permanent, full-time position with structured onboarding, mentorship, and a clear path toward career growth.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Handle inbound and outbound interactions with US-based customers via phone
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and follow-up requests in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate customer records using US CRM software
- Coordinate with team leads to escalate and resolve complex cases
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience on every interaction

Who We Are Looking For:
- Confident spoken and written English — US customers, real conversations
- Intermediate, O/A Levels, or Bachelor's students and fresh graduates from any field
- Basic computer literacy and comfortable typing speed
- A calm, patient, and people-first personality
- No prior experience required — full training is provided from day one
- Must be available Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM
- Must be able to commute to Gulistan-e-Johar Block 14, Karachi — 100% on-site role

What This Role Offers:
- Base salary: PKR 40,000 to 45,000 per month
