What You’ll Own
The Power of Relations: Lead negotiations and maintain a gold-standard relationship with labor unions.
The Seasonal Surge: Mastermind the recruitment and mobilization of the workforce for the high-stakes crushing season.
Compliance Excellence: Ensure the facility remains a model of statutory and safety compliance.
Culture & Community: Oversee plant-site welfare and colony administration, building a true sense of community.
Who You Are
A Veteran of Industry: You have 7+ years of HR experience, ideally within Sugar, Cement, or Power plants.
A Legal Expert: You navigate Labor Laws and the Factories Act with ease.
A Natural Leader: You possess the "thick skin" and sharp wit needed to manage diverse teams and resolve conflicts on the fly.
Qualified: You hold an MBA in HR or a Master’s in Labor Law/Industrial Relation
Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
