Winklin is looking for a motivated and responsible HR & Admin Officer to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who wants hands on experience in recruitment, employee coordination, and HR operations while working in a fast paced professional environment.

Salary: PKR 40,000 – 50,000 per month
Location: Buffer Zone, Karachi
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year
Immediate Joiners Preferred

What You’ll Do

  • Post jobs and shortlist candidates
  • Coordinate interviews and candidate follow ups
  • Assist in onboarding and employee documentation
  • Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records
  • Support employee coordination and daily HR tasks
  • Assist in office administration and operations

Requirements

  • 6 months – 1 year experience in HR, Admin, Operations, or Recruitment
  • Graduate or currently enrolled in university
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets preferred
  • Willingness to work in flexible shifts when required
