HR Executive

We’re Hiring: HR Executive

Location: Karachi
Salary Range: PKR 50,000 – 55,000

Are you passionate about people and processes? We're looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Executive to support our growing team and drive HR excellence across zones and hubs.

Key Responsibilities:

· Ensure smooth HR service delivery across multiple locations

· Lead end-to-end recruitment for the assigned Region

· Assistance in gathering inputs for the smooth payroll processing.

· Management of employee relations and resolve grievances

· Assistance in preparing HR Operations and Payroll-related reports.

· Manage daily HR operations: onboarding, offboarding, compliance etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HRM, Business, or relevant field
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar HR role
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and policies
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office & HRIS tools

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per hour
