Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Marketing Expert to lead our digital marketing strategies. This role involves managing and optimizing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO while also contributing to blog writing and content marketing to improve organic traffic. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in marketing for US-based brands and a deep understanding of consumer behavior, branding, and lead generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:1. Paid Advertising & PPC Campaigns

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns)
  • Create and manage Facebook & Instagram Ads to generate quality leads
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and creatives to maximize ROI
  • Optimize ad spend while ensuring the best possible Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
  • Implement retargeting and lookalike audience strategies to drive conversions
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing detailed reports and insights

2. SEO Strategy & Website Optimization

  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO strategies
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, and images for higher Google rankings
  • Build high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority
  • Enhance technical SEO, including site speed, mobile optimization, and schema markup
  • Monitor Google Analytics & Search Console to identify opportunities and resolve issues
  • Stay updated on SEO trends, Google algorithm changes, and best practices

3. Blog & Content Marketing

  • Write engaging and SEO-optimized blogs, articles, and web content
  • Research trending topics in sportswear, team uniforms, and custom apparel
  • Develop a content strategy that aligns with SEO and brand positioning
  • Collaborate with designers to create visual content for social media & website

4. Brand Marketing & Strategy

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness
  • Analyze customer demographics and market trends to refine targeting
  • Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and influencer marketing
  • Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns using automation tools
  • Ensure brand messaging is consistent across all marketing channels

5. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Regularly track marketing KPIs, including traffic, conversions, and ad performance
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on marketing effectiveness
  • Use Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other analytics tools for insights
  • Make data-driven decisions to improve ROI and campaign performance

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, PPC, SEO, and content marketing
  • Experience working with US-based brands (preferably in sportswear, apparel, or e-commerce)
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Excellent copywriting skills with a portfolio of blog or ad content
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page optimization
  • Ability to analyze data and create performance reports
  • Knowledge of email marketing tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar)
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month

  • Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
