E-Commerce Executive (Male Only)

We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive to manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, from receiving customer orders to successful dispatch and courier coordination.

Position: E-Commerce Executive

Level: Junior to Mid-Level

Location: Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete order fulfillment process from order confirmation to dispatch.
• Coordinate with the warehouse/operations team for order processing and packing.
• Prepare and manage orders for timely dispatch.
• Coordinate with courier partners for pickups, deliveries, and shipment issues.
• Track dispatched orders and follow up on delayed or returned shipments.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, dispatches, returns, and deliveries.
• Handle day-to-day e-commerce operational issues and ensure smooth order flow.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve customer/order-related issues.

Compensation:

Basic Salary: PKR 35,000

After probation benefits:

Fuel Allowance: PKR 2,000

Attendance Allowance: PKR 5,000

Total Monthly Package: Up to PKR 42,000
