Job Description

Idealancy, a dynamic e-commerce platform specializing in kitchen accessories, home essentials, washroom accessories, and various everyday products, is seeking a skilled Logistic Officer to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all logistics-related activities to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive professional with strong communication and problem-solving abilities, capable of handling shipment delays, delivery issues, and returns efficiently while maintaining key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and follow up on courier and logistics-related issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Manage shipment delays, delivery problems, returns, and address related customer concerns promptly.
- Maintain and consistently achieve assigned KPIs and SLAs to support operational excellence.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and relevant departments to resolve logistics challenges.

Required Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in logistics or a related field.
- Minimum qualification of Intermediate level education.
- Strong understanding of order confirmation and courier/logistics processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to handle complex logistics issues.
- Good knowledge of KPI and SLA management to monitor and improve performance.
- Punctual, responsible, and time-conscious with a strong work ethic.
