HRSG Outsourcing Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Employee Relations Officer to oversee and strengthen employee relations within the organization. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with labor laws, maintaining harmonious workplace interactions, and implementing company HR policies with precision. The successful candidate will lead a team of 20 personnel, driving engagement strategies that foster a positive work environment while managing daily HR operational tasks including payroll and social security contributions. This position requires a proactive professional who possesses excellent communication skills, labor law expertise, and the ability to navigate complex employee relations matters effectively. The ideal candidate must hold a bachelors degree in a related field and have proven experience working in labor or employee management for at least two years. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is essential. Strong interpersonal skills will enable the officer to work effectively with diverse stakeholders including employees, management, and clients. Residing in Sukkur is a prerequisite to ensure accessibility and a thorough understanding of the local labor environment. This role demands a detail-oriented individual with a comprehensive understanding of routine HR operations and legal compliance, capable of leading a sizable team to meet organizational objectives efficiently.
Responsibilities
 

  • Develop and implement strategies to manage employee relations in alignment with company policies and labor law requirements.
  • Lead and supervise a team of 20 employees to ensure consistent application of HR processes and responsiveness to employee needs.
  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and procedures while regularly updating the team on changes and their impact.
  • Manage and resolve employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Oversee payroll management processes including salary computation, deductions, and timely disbursement to employees.
  • Handle routine HR operations related to social security and employee benefits such as EOBI and SESSI contributions.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee data, attendance, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Prepare and deliver reports to senior management about employee relations issues and recommendation for improvements.
  • Facilitate effective communication between management and employees to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Coordinate employee training sessions and workshops to enhance understanding of labor laws and HR policies.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure all HR practices comply with statutory regulations and company standards.
  • Work collaboratively with clients to understand their operational needs and provide tailored HR solutions.
  • Utilize strong Microsoft Office skills to create presentations, reports, and correspondence related to HR functions.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold ethical practices in all employee interactions.
  • Participate in recruitment and onboarding processes as required to support organizational staffing needs.
