Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Officer role located in the Karachi Division. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, and fostering positive employee relations. Key responsibilities include creating job descriptions, addressing employee concerns, fully managing the recruitment cycle, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organisational standards. The role involves coordinating with various departments to maintain effective workforce management and support organisational goals.

• Supporting recruitment and hiring processes
• Managing HR documentation and records
• Assisting in employee coordination and HR operations
• Contributing to a structured and growing HR function

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in HR / Business Administration or related field
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Passion to grow within the HR domain
• Should have 2-3 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
