Forge Nexus is seeking a dedicated and motivated Trainee HR professional to join our human resources team. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, HR policies compliance, and communication within the organization. This role is designed for individuals eager to develop their HR skills and gain hands-on experience in employee onboarding processes, regulatory reporting, and conflict resolution. The Trainee HR works closely with senior HR personnel to ensure smooth execution of daily tasks and adherence to organizational standards. This position requires strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving skills, and the ability to perform well under pressure. As this is an entry-level role, prior experience is not mandatory, but a strong willingness to learn and contribute is essential.
Responsibilities
 

  • Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining recruitment records.
  • Support the employee onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the company environment.
  • Help manage HR policies and ensure compliance with legal regulations and organizational standards.
  • Maintain and update employee records and data accurately, ensuring confidentiality and security of information.
  • Monitor and assist with regulatory reporting requirements to ensure timely submissions and compliance.
  • Facilitate communication between employees and management to promote a positive work environment and resolve minor conflicts.
  • Utilize calendar management tools to schedule HR-related activities and meetings effectively.
  • Participate in employee relations activities and support senior HR staff in conflict resolution and negotiation scenarios.
  • Conduct follow-up communication with candidates and employees to gather feedback and improve HR processes.
  • Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
  • Develop problem-solving skills by handling routine HR queries and escalating issues appropriately.
  • Manage stress effectively in a fast-paced work environment while maintaining professionalism and dedication.
