The HR Intern at Interloop Holdings plays a vital role in supporting the human resources department with a variety of administrative and operational tasks. This position involves assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process, maintaining employee records, and providing general office support to ensure smooth HR operations. The intern helps coordinate interview schedules, supports new employee integration, and maintains up-to-date personnel files using Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). Time management and professional communication are critical in this role to assist visitors and respond to inquiries, contributing to a positive office environment and efficient workflow.
Responsibilities
 

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interview schedules, and supporting onboarding activities.
  • Maintain and update accurate employee records, ensuring personnel files are complete and compliant with company policies.
  • Monitor and manage employee attendance records to help maintain proper workforce tracking and reporting.
  • Provide front desk support by greeting visitors, handling inquiries politely, and directing them to appropriate personnel or departments.
  • Answer and route phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support general administrative and operational tasks such as scheduling, calendar management, and data entry to assist with smooth office operations.
  • Utilize Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software to input, manage, and retrieve HR-related data efficiently.
  • Assist in prioritizing tasks and solving problems to maintain an organized and productive working environment.
  • Demonstrate effective communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills within the HR department and across the organization.
  • Help prepare reports and documentation as needed to support HR projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with integrity.
