Job Description

EFU Life Assurance Ltd. is seeking an Executive Officer specializing in Sales Quality and Mystery Shopping to join our team. This role focuses on ensuring high standards in sales practices and customer experience within the South Region through hands-on field visits and direct oversight. The ideal candidate possesses expertise in sales quality assurance and mystery shopping management, with the ability to analyze customer feedback and improve overall customer experience. The Executive Officer will also consolidate and evaluate data from multiple regions to maintain consistent sales quality standards, identify gaps, and support strategic decision-making. This position requires a dedicated individual with strong problem-solving capabilities, effective communication skills, and a background in business administration or a related field. No team management responsibilities are involved in this role.
Responsibilities
 

  • Conduct regular field visits to the South Region to monitor and assess sales quality and compliance with established standards.
  • Implement and manage mystery shopping programs to evaluate sales practices and customer interactions discreetly and effectively.
  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze quality assurance data and customer feedback from all regions to identify trends and performance gaps.
  • Develop standardized evaluation methods to ensure consistent assessment of sales quality across different geographic areas.
  • Collaborate with regional teams and stakeholders to support improvements in sales techniques and customer experience.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations based on the analysis to guide leadership in making informed business decisions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of sales compliance and quality management best practices to continuously enhance monitoring processes.
  • Engage with sales personnel to provide constructive feedback and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
  • Support initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction by addressing issues identified through mystery shopping and feedback analysis.
  • Apply problem-solving skills to address challenges encountered in the field and during quality evaluations effectively.
  • Communicate findings clearly and persuasively to internal teams and stakeholders using straightforward and professional language.
