The position does not include team management responsibilities but requires coordination and collaboration with various departments to support project goals and maintain high-quality system implementations. The Executive Officer is responsible for preparing and documenting Business Requirements Documentation (BRD), developing comprehensive UAT test plans, and managing defect tracking processes. This role demands constant communication with project stakeholders to provide updates and escalate issues as needed. The officer ensures that testing activities align with business requirements and quality standards, contributes ideas for continuous process improvement, and uses project management and defect tracking tools efficiently. Emphasis is placed on analytical skills and attention to detail to anticipate and address challenges throughout the testing lifecycle, guaranteeing compliance with organizational standards and ensuring a seamless user experience upon system release.
