We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination of daily tasks, managing documentation, and providing essential operational support to various departments. This role is well-suited for individuals who excel in fast-paced environments and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make phone calls and send emails for missing editions.
  • Coordinate with teams to confirm delivery or non-delivery of content.
  • Maintaining records in MS Excel sheet.
  • Prepare work reports required by Supervisor.
  • Conduct daily meetings with teams and Supervisors regarding work progress.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by authorities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1 to 2 years of work experience in Operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
