Job Description

The Officer - Quotation - Corporate Benefits Operations at EFU Life Assurance Ltd. plays a vital role in managing and administering corporate benefit quotations with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance. This position requires a proactive individual who ensures all incoming and outgoing documents meet established standards and supports company operations through precise documentation and effective coordination. The role demands attention to detail in maintaining both physical and digital filing systems, facilitating smooth access to accurate information essential for corporate benefits management. This role also involves supporting daily activities such as data entry, collaboration with multiple departments, and monitoring project progress to ensure timely completion of all quotation-related tasks. The officer utilizes advanced skills in Microsoft Excel to analyze and maintain data integrity while upholding company policies and regulatory standards. Responsibilities
 

  • Review all incoming and outgoing documents meticulously to verify accuracy and ensure compliance with EFU Life Assurance Ltd. standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and update well-organized physical and digital filing systems, ensuring efficient storage and easy retrieval of quotation and corporate benefits documents.
  • Support daily operational activities including accurate data entry, coordinating tasks with various departments, and following up on project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Monitor and track project timelines related to quotations and corporate benefits operations to guarantee timely completion of all documentation and related processes.
  • Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions and formulas to prepare, analyze, and maintain quotation-related data with high accuracy and data integrity.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams to facilitate cooperation, share critical information, and support a collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, internal controls, and regulatory guidelines throughout the quotation handling and documentation processes.
  • Contribute to the identification and implementation of process improvements in quotation management and corporate benefits operations to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Coordinate and assist with small project tasks under supervision, providing reliable support to achieve project objectives successfully.
  • Maintain close attention to detail when reviewing documentation, performing data entry, and generating reports to minimize errors and uphold data accuracy.
  • Support the overall corporate benefits operations by ensuring documentation and quotation management processes are executed systematically and comprehensively.
