Key Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end recruitment process — from job postings and candidate screening to interview scheduling and coordination.
Oversee new hire orientation and onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for employees.
Develop and regularly update organizational charts (organograms) for all departments.
Create and revise job descriptions (JDs) to ensure role clarity and alignment.
Prepare and track probation evaluation forms and outcomes.
Manage the issuance and renewal of employee ID cards and maintain accurate records.
Assist in managing the student internship program, including recruitment, onboarding, and supervision.
Represent the company at career fairs and similar events, promoting our culture and growth opportunities.
Create and update the Recruitment Matrix.
