Role Description The Opt Recruiter role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. In this role, the recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes for OPT candidates, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers. The recruiter will maintain candidate pipelines, conduct regular follow-ups, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle. The role also involves building relationships with universities, training institutes, and professional networks to identify potential talent, as well as maintaining accurate recruitment records and reports. Collaboration with hiring managers and internal teams to understand role requirements and align recruitment strategies with business objectives is a key part of the daily work.
Qualifications

 

• Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles, preferably for OPT or entry-level technology roles
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and external partners
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills 
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and standard recruitment tools is an advantage
• Understanding of IT and technology roles, with the ability to match candidate profiles to job requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
