HR Executive

AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated HR Executive to join its dynamic HR team based in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience and hold a BBA or MBA degree in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification. Key Responsibilities
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding processes. Additionally, the role involves supporting organizational development initiatives such as performance management, employee engagement, and other activities aimed at enhancing workplace culture. The candidate will assist in developing, reviewing, and updating HR policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance and efficiency. Maintaining accurate HR records, reports, and recruitment trackers is also a critical part of the job. Furthermore, the HR Executive will support employee development programs, training sessions, and various other HR-related initiatives to foster continuous growth and development within the company.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources or an equivalent field. A minimum of 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in HR functions, particularly recruitment and organizational development, is essential. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are important attributes for success in this role.

Compensation and Work Environment
The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 60,000. The work location is based in Karachi, and the role requires in-person attendance to effectively engage with team members and support organizational activities.
