Finance Executive (Billing & Reporting) - Night Shift

Role

Ideal candidate will have up to 3 years of post-qualification experience. Good command on reconciliation and accounting system . Solid communication skills, both written and verbal. Provide support to line manager on ad hoc reporting and daily routine work.

Responsibilities

Monthly project billing of various business units
Payments reconciliation and posting in different entities
Accounts receivable management, reporting and payment follow ups
Monitoring of billing inbox and respond clients’ queries
Forecasting of revenue and presenting it to executives
Reconciliation of various ledgers including intercompany transactions
Reconciliation of MIS and uploading it to accounting system “Sage Intacct”
Maintain schedule of advance billing, customer deposit and recognize monthly revenue
Bank reconciliation of various business units
Provide support to line manager on ad hoc reporting and daily routine work
Requirements

MBA/ACCA (Part or Qualified)/BBA
3-4 years of relevant experience (Tech Industry experience preferred)
Good command on reconciliation and accounting system
Advanced MS Excel skills
Excellent communication and social skills
Shift Time: Evening (6 PM to 3 AM)
