Work Hours: 2 PM to 11 PM Pakistan Time (Aligned with US/Australia clients)

Salary: Rs 60,000 to 80,000.

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Full-Time Financial Associate to assist in preparing and managing financial models, client dashboards, and bookkeeping reports. The ideal candidate is experienced in Excel, Google Sheets, QuickBooks, and other relevant financial tools, with a deep understanding of financial analysis and client reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, update, and maintain financial models (P&L, cash flow, forecast, valuation models)
• Create and manage interactive dashboards in Excel and Google Sheets
• Perform monthly bookkeeping and reconciliations using QuickBooks Online or similar software
• Assist in preparing client financial reports, KPIs, and insights
• Collaborate with internal team members and clients across different time zones (US/Australia)
• Ensure timely delivery of tasks with accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in accounting, finance, or financial analysis
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups, charts)
• Proficiency with Google Sheets (formulas, dashboard creation, automation preferred)
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting tools
• Strong understanding of financial statements and basic accounting principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
