Job Description

HRSG Outsourcing Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Project Execution professional to join their team supporting a multinational FMCG sector client in Karachi. This role involves coordinating various project activities to ensure smooth and timely execution of engineering or industrial projects. The successful candidate will work closely with vendors, consultants, and contractors to manage project schedules, monitor progress, and resolve issues while ensuring strict adherence to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards. Candidates with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering and experience ranging from three to five years in project execution are encouraged to apply. The Project Execution specialist plays a vital role in driving projects to completion on time without compromising quality or safety. The position requires proficiency in project planning tools such as Microsoft Project and Excel to develop and maintain detailed project schedules. The role demands continuous monitoring of project baselines to identify and mitigate risks related to schedule, cost, and resource allocation. Additionally, the individual coordinates construction and commissioning activities, prepares comprehensive progress reports and dashboards, and manages all project documentation, approvals, and change requests to ensure regulatory and compliance standards are met. Though this position does not include managing a team, it offers a challenging environment where strong communication and coordination skills are essential to succeed.
Responsibilities
 

• Coordinate project activities among vendors, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely project execution and effective resolution of issues.
• Ensure all project operations comply with Environmental, Health, and Safety regulations and prevent EHS-related outages or incidents.
• Develop, maintain, and regularly update detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project and Excel to track project timelines.
• Monitor and compare project progress against approved baselines and proactively identify potential risks related to schedule, cost, and resources.
• Coordinate construction, commissioning, and handover phases to maintain smooth project progression and compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare and present comprehensive project status reports, including dashboards, key performance indicators, and execution updates to stakeholders and management.
• Manage all project documentation, including approvals, change requests, and compliance records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Drive projects toward on-time completion while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and operational requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing insights and feedback on project execution practices and risk mitigation strategies.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication channels among all project participants to align activities and expectations effectively.
