We are hiring a Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact at our office. You will greet visitors, handle calls, and assist with basic administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer phone calls and direct them as needed
  • Manage front desk operations and keep the area tidy
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Support basic office admin work

Requirements:

  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Friendly and professional attitude
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)
  • Prior experience is a plus
