Job Title: Receptionist

Job Description:
· Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous manner.
· Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally.
· Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and packages.
· Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
· Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
· Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
· Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company’s services.
· Another administrative task provided by Manager.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a receptionist or a similar role.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with professionalism.
Salary: 65K +around
