Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and clients.
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar.
Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment.
Requirements:
Graduate and relevant experience.
Presentable with good communication skills in English & Urdu along with interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and basic office equipment.
Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
