Job Description

Express Matting Services is seeking a highly skilled Google Merchant Center Expert with at least five years of experience to join our team for project-based work. This role involves creating, setting up, and managing Google Merchant Center and Google Ads accounts with a strong focus on compliance and optimization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all accounts are fully approved, compliant with Google policies, and effectively integrated to support Google Shopping campaigns. Although this position does not involve managing a team, it demands excellent independent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously. The expert will play a critical role in resolving suspensions, fixing product feed, website, and policy issues, and providing long-term support based on project performance. Your expertise will drive the successful approval of Google Merchant Center accounts and maintain their active status to support business growth. Responsibilities
 

• Create and professionally set up Google Merchant Center accounts from scratch.
• Ensure Google Merchant Center accounts are fully approved and active by adhering strictly to Google policies and best practices.
• Set up and configure Google Ads accounts and integrate them accurately with Google Merchant Center for seamless campaign management.
• Identify and resolve all product feed issues, including data quality, shipping, tax settings, and policy compliance.
• Address website-related problems that affect Merchant Center approvals, including verification and policy conformance.
• Monitor Google Merchant Center accounts continuously to detect and fix any issues that may lead to suspension.
• Manage multiple Google Merchant Center and Google Ads accounts and projects concurrently while maintaining high standards.
• Rapidly resolve account suspensions related to misrepresentation, policy violations, or product feed errors within the agreed project scope.
• Optimize product feeds to maximize visibility and performance within Google Shopping campaigns.
• Ensure 100% compliance with Google Merchant Center policies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide status updates and recommendations for ongoing Merchant Center and Google Ads account improvements.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for account setup, maintenance, and suspension recovery to minimize downtime.
• Maintain detailed documentation of account configurations, issues encountered, and solutions implemented for future reference.
• Demonstrate flexibility to support a minimum of 10 projects, adapting strategies to meet the specific requirements of each account.
