HR MANAGER

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team and lead all facets of human resources within the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company’s objectives, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Your efforts will help create a positive and engaging workplace culture that supports employee growth and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies and policies that support the company’s goals.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
- Address employee relations issues, oversee performance management, and handle disciplinary actions with fairness and professionalism.
- Ensure full compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Supervise payroll administration, employee benefits programs, and leave management processes.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages employee engagement and reflects company values.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience as an HR Manager or in a comparable HR leadership role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage diverse teams and resolve workplace challenges.

Job Details:
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Salary Range: Rs80,000 to Rs120,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications
- Work Location: On-site
