One of our most exciting growth levers is the creator economy — particularly through TikTok Shop, influencer partnerships, and affiliate marketing. We're looking for a performance-driven, partnership-savvy marketer to take ownership of this critical growth channel.

Role Summary
We’re looking for an Influencer to lead and scale our efforts across TikTok Shop, influencer marketing, UGC acquisition, affiliate partnerships, and cross-brand collaborations. This person will own the development of our creator ecosystem, optimize our affiliate and ambassador programs, and build relationships that directly impact visibility, trust, and revenue.
This is a high-impact, ownership-heavy role where creativity meets performance. You’ll collaborate with the marketing, creative, and paid media teams to transform creator content into growth assets that drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the growth of TikTok Shop for multiple brands, including storefront optimization, creator engagement, and affiliate campaign planning.
Develop and manage creator and affiliate offers, with the goal of scaling revenue through TikTok Shop and other affiliate channels.
Build a creator CRM — segmenting by platform, performance, and brand alignment — and maintain active relationships with high-potential partners.
Lead influencer outreach and UGC acquisition, focusing on short-form video platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Brief creators and manage content pipelines to ensure alignment with brand positioning and marketing goals.
Track content performance and partner ROI to inform recruitment, budgeting, and scaling decisions.
Collaborate with the Creative and Paid Media teams to repurpose high-performing creator content for organic and paid campaigns.
Launch gifting campaigns, collaborative drops, and live selling events where applicable.
Monitor TikTok Shop trends, platform updates, and algorithm shifts to stay ahead of the curve.
Own monthly reporting on affiliate revenue, creator activity, and partnership growth.
