Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy
Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s marketing goals.
Ensure that all content supports the overall brand message and identity.
Content Creation & Management
Plan, create, and schedule high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos, etc.) tailored to each platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other team members to produce multimedia content.
Manage the company’s social media editorial calendar.
Engage with the Audience
Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers across all platforms to build a community and foster customer loyalty.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Work with customer service and sales teams to resolve any issues raised via social media.
Growth & Engagement
Develop strategies to grow followers, increase engagement, and drive traffic to our website.
Identify trends and hashtags that can boost visibility and engagement.
Social Media Advertising
Develop and manage paid social media advertising campaigns to increase visibility and conversions.
Analyze ad performance and adjust strategies to meet objectives.
Analytics & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance (engagement, reach, clicks, conversions, etc.) using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
Provide regular reports to the marketing team and leadership on key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
Collaborate with Marketing & PR Teams
Align social media strategies with the overall marketing and public relations campaigns.
Partner with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance social media presence.
Coordinate social media efforts for product launches, events, and promotions.
Monitor Industry Trends
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, tools, and changes in social media algorithms to ensure best practices.
Evaluate emerging platforms and propose integration where appropriate.
Brand Advocacy & Crisis Management
Serve as the voice of the brand across social platforms, ensuring that messaging reflects company values.
Handle sensitive situations, comments, or crisis moments with professionalism and discretion.

Follower Growth
Increase total social media followers by within specific time frame.
Engagement Rate
Achieve an engagement rate of [specific percentage] across all social platforms.
Lead Generation and Conversions
Generate [number] of qualified leads or conversions from social media platforms per month.

Qualifications:
Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
Experience in developing content strategies
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of analytics tools for social media
Relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
