Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Information Processing Clerk to support remote administrative and data management operations. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at organizing information, maintaining accuracy, and handling structured tasks with consistency and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Process and enter information accurately into internal databases and systems

  • Assist in compiling reports and summaries from processed information
  • Flag incomplete or unclear entries for follow-up
  • Follow confidentiality and data handling protocols at all times
  • Meet established productivity and quality benchmarks

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in data entry, clerical work, or administrative support preferred
  • Strong typing accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting
