IT Technical Recruiter

We’re a growing hiring agency looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Recruiter to join our team! The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring top tech professionals for various clients across industries.

As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle — from understanding client requirements to onboarding successful candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients to understand their technical hiring needs and position requirements.
• Source and attract top IT talent through various platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals, etc.).
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and technical fit assessments.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain clear communication with both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
• Track and report recruitment metrics, maintaining an organized database of active pipelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical recruiting or IT hiring role.
• Strong understanding of IT terminologies, tools, and technologies (e.g., software development, networking, DevOps, cloud, QA, etc.).
• Familiarity with various technical positions and software roles (developers, engineers, analysts, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools and job platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and remotely, managing multiple clients and roles effectively.
