Jr. PAYROLL OFFICER

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Officer to join our team at a manufacturing facility in Port Qasim, Karachi. The ideal candidate will have up to two years of experience in payroll or human resources, preferably within a factory environment. This role demands strong proficiency in MS Excel and effective record management skills to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Preference will be given to candidates residing near Port Qasim to support regular on-site work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process payroll accurately and on schedule for all factory employees.
- Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Coordinate with HR and finance departments to verify employee attendance, leave, and other payroll-related data.
- Prepare reports related to payroll activities and assist in audits when required.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll issues professionally and promptly.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll information at all times.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level of Intermediate (equivalent to high school diploma).
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in payroll or HR functions, preferably in a manufacturing or factory setting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel with strong skills in data management and record keeping.
- High attention to detail and ability to work accurately with numerical data.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Candidates living near Port Qasim, Karachi, will be given preference for ease of commuting and onsite presence.
- This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary range of Rs40,000 to Rs45,000.
