Junior Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for creative, energetic, and social-media-savvy Junior Marketing Executives who understand Gen Z's culture, trends, and content preferences.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, have a strong eye for trending content, and understand how to create and engage with social media content that connects with younger audiences.

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Identify and monitor trending content, sounds, formats, hashtags, memes, and Gen Z trends.
• Assist in developing creative and engaging social media content.
• Write captions, post copy, and other short-form social media content.
• Schedule and publish posts according to the content calendar.
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
• Respond to followers and help build an active online community.
• Track social media trends and competitor activity.
• Assist with social media campaigns and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with the creative/content team for posts, reels, and TikTok content.
• Monitor basic performance metrics and provide insights on content performance.
• Stay up to date with changing social media algorithms, trends, and platform features.

Required Skills

• Strong awareness of Gen Z culture and social media trends.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content.
• Understanding of social media engagement and audience behavior.
• Ability to identify content that has viral/trending potential.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Working Hours:12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
